Payment Terms
We accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

Net 30 days upon credit approval. A finance chage of 1.5% per month, 18% annually, or minimum charge of $50 (whichever is greater) will be added to all past due invoices.

We accept credit card payment only for all sample orders and first oders under $500.

No minimums required. Orders less than 24 units will be assessed a $10.00 processing fee.

Shipping Policy
All orders shipped F.O.B., Cherryville, NC 28021 via UPS or FedEx ground service, unless otherwise specified. Under nomal circumstances, orders received by 10 a.m. Mountain Time will be shipped same-day. Otherwise, orders received after 10 a.m. Mountain Time will be shipped the next business day (subject to availability).

If you are not 100% satisfied with one of our poducts for any reason, you may return it for a credit or exchange within 30 days. We ask is that you send the items back to us in their original condition and packaging.If at any time during the life of any of our products it does not perform to your satisfaction because of defects in materials or workmanship, you may return it for a repair or replace-ment. Unfortunately we can’t cover accidents or normal wear and tear. Merchandise that has been imprinted or embroidered is not eligible for return.

Merchandise Returns
All returns require a Return Authorization from Ecocentric Brands Customer Service prior to being returned. Approved returns are accepted in original cartons and will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Order Cancellations
If notified before goods have been packed, Ecocentric Brands will accommodate order cancellations (excluding custom orders). If items have been packed or shipped, shipping charges and restocking fees may apply.
